Do you have a showroom I can visit?

Our online boutique is our showroom! All of our current wedding and stationery designs are displayed in our collections at We periodically showcase our products at local Wedding Expos and Venue Showcase events as well as in digital and published magazines. However, the best way to see and feel the quality of our work is to order a sample pack from our sample section:

Are your designs professionally printed?

Yes! Professional printing requires very specific file preparation and prepress tasks to ensure a top quality printed product. All of our designs are printed on a high resolution commercial digital press. We have professional grade digital and large format printing machines that deliver the most outstanding printed results. We do not use home desktop printers or colour photocopiers to print our designs. Our graphics software, printing machines and bindery equipment would rival those at any local print shop. Professional graphic design and quality digital printing makes all the difference!

I have been stung before by other “online businesses”, why should I trust you?

We have been professionally designing and printing since 2005 and thus have over a decade of experience in what we do. We have streamlined our business to only offer products and services that we know we can do well. We are happy to consult on jobs that fall outside our online scope but these jobs will be determined on a case-by-case basis. We take great pride in our brand and our passion to uphold the Alannah Rose image drives us to provide the best in customer service and product quality. Can I submit images of my wedding, party or celebration for your gallery and blog?

Yes please! We would love you to! Nothing makes us happier than seeing how our creations are incorporated into your special day; be it an engagement, hens/bucks, wedding, birthday party, christening, baby shower or corporate event. If you have photos from your special day that you would like to share, we would be delighted in showcasing them in our blog, galleries and social media. Feel free to email us your images. We love details, so be sure to include shots os the special touches used on the day like flowers, cake, decor and of course the stationery! Due to the volume of images received, we cannot guarantee publication of all submissions.

Do you send out samples?

How are your wedding invitations different from others I have seen?

There are a number of reasons why our wedding invitations are different to others you may have seen:

• Our wedding invitations come in a range of sizes so you can choose what suits your budget. Envelopes are supplied with all our save the dates, invitations and thank you cards.

• We print double-sided – this means we print to both sides of the card, giving you maximum impact to your guests when they open the envelope. For those on a budget, we also now have a single-sided option.

• We are flexible – we can change the colours, change the size, change the fonts, change the wording, etc. We have designed our own creatives and thus own all the copyright so we can modify almost anything to suit your needs.

• We print on the highest quality commercial digital printing presses – no desktop or photocopier prints here!

• We quality check every single piece for imperfections before being packed and sent to you. You deserve nothing but the best for your special day!

Are envelopes included in your prices?

Envelopes are included in the pricing of our save the date cards, invitations and thank you cards. They are premium quality peel and seal smooth white envelopes.

Can you print my guests names on my invitations and other stationery?

Yes. For an additional charge of $110 (GST included), we can print guest names to the invitations and other stationery. If you select this option, you will need to provide us with a Microsoft Word or Microsoft Excel file with all names typed exactly how you would like them to be spelt and written. For example, Mr & Mrs Smith, Leanne and Leslie Smith, Leanne & Leslie. Submitting guest names for printing onto place cards and menus should only have one name per line or cell. For example, Leanne, Leslie, etc. If you are unsure, feel free to contact us.

Can you print my guests names on the envelopes?

Yes. We can print your guest names and addresses directly onto your envelopes. Envelopes are premium quality smooth white with peel and seal. We use black ink/toner and match the fonts to your chosen invitation design. We can also add your return address in the front top left corner of the envelope. If you would like this option, please let us know at the time of order. Cost to print on the envelopes is $110 (GST included) or to print guest names on the envelopes AND invitations is $220 (GST included).

What is the difference between Satin Deluxe, Shimmer and Textured?

Satin Deluxe is high quality white card stock and feels very smooth to touch.
Shimmer is high quality card stock with a subtle shimmer or sparkle to it when you move it in the light. It feels slightly textured to touch.
Textured is high quality super white designer card stock with a subtle embossed texture.
Please note whilst all of our card stock is “white” we can print any colour from our chart onto it. All of our designs are printed as per the colour samples on screen, so white is also a custom colour in some instances as we would need to adjust the design to have a white background. For instance, Love Potion comes with a standard soft pink background – if you would like the background to be the white of the paper stock, please select the custom colour option. White envelopes are supplied regardless of print colour choice.

Can I have one of your designs but in a different colour?

Yes. With over 100 different colours to select from in our colour chart, you can choose to customise the colour of any of our products to best match your colour scheme. Each product will have a colour option and additional pricing for you to select. You can read more about customising colour options here.

I like a design under the wedding invitation category but would like the wording customised for a birthday party, can you do this?

Of course! We create all of our own designs, which means we own the copyright and we can make any changes that are necessary. We can customise the wording of any of our designs to suit an engagement, wedding, party, baby shower, christening or corporate event.

I have a photo of what I would like created, can you make it?

Do you print guest seating charts?

Yes. We have a professional photographic quality wide format digital printing machine that we use to do wide format printing. Our options for guest seating chart includes sizes up to A0 size (841mm x 1189mm). If you require a custom size, please contact us for a quote. We can print on 200gsm glossy photo paper for you to insert into a frame, or we can print onto a matt self-adhesive material, which is basically a large sticker, which you can adhere to a solid backing such as corflute, or boxboard and display on an easel.

Do you have pocket invitations?

At the moment, no. Invitation pockets are a type of envelope. If you are after this type of look, we suggest you buy the pocket design of your choice from a bulk supplier and then get us to print your inner invitation and inserts. Our single-sideed square invitations are perfect to glue/adhere to your pocket envelope and we can resize any of our other stationery (e.g. RSVP cards, gift registry cards, etc) to fit your pocket size. Do you do corporate invitations and stationery for my business?

Yes! We have all the graphic design software, printing and bindery equipment as well as the knowledge and skill to be able to provide more than just invitations. We are also able to help businesses with their corporate stationery and marketing materials, including business cards, letterheads, flyers, brochures, booklets, pull-up banners, posters and more. We not only design and print for suppliers of the wedding industry but from all different industries! Why do you have minimum order quantities?

All our designer invitations and stationery are “print to order” products, which means we print orders when they are received even if it means printing small quantities at a time. Given the time and costs involved in the preparation and print of each job on a commercial grade digital press, it basically costs the same to print 10 invitations as it would to print 30. Hence why our minium order for invitations is 30 (40 for place cards and favour tags).

How much time should I allow for my wedding invitations?

As much as possible, ideally 3-6 weeks. As we control all aspects of the design and printing process, we have been able to turn jobs around in as little as three days. However, rushing is never a good thing and not recommended! Don’t cause yourself (or us) any unnecessary stress. Allowing 3-6 weeks gives a lot of grace and allows plenty of time for proof/s review, print and delivery. Read our delivery information for more information.

Should I order extra invitations as spares?

Definitely! We advise ordering at least 5-10 additional invitations or stationery items to allow for errors by your calligrapher or any last minute changes to the guest list! Any additional print order requests will incur a further minimum quantity charge, so we recommend allowing for extras in your first order.

How long will it take to get my invitations and stationery?

To be conservative, allow approximately two (2) weeks after the approval of your proofs to receive your stationery. Read our delivery information for more information

Can I track my order?

We dispatch our orders using Express Post via Australia Post. Tracking numbers are provided upon request. Please note that sample packs are sent as Priority Letters via Australia Post and are not trackable.

Can you deliver internationally?

We have delivered to many locations overseas. Please contact us prior to ordering to see if we can deliver to your area and for a shipping quote. Some locations do have restrictions so we can’t guarantee delivery to all areas. For Australian shipping costs, please see our Delivery Information page.
