It is illegal to reproduce any item, text, copy, design or content from this site without express permission from Alannah Rose. Modification and/or reuse of stationery for other occasions/uses is prohibited. Alannah Rose holds ownership and copyright on all designs whether custom or existing.
Violations of copyright on any of our content including design, text, imagery or other will be vigorously pursued.
Alannah Rose reserves the right to use custom-designed pieces for future themes/layouts.
Copyright Design Credit
The items you are purchasing are exclusive to Alannah Rose. As such all stationery pieces will include a small unobtrusive copyright credit ‘©www.alannahrose.com.au’ printed on the item. The credit is kept to a minimum point size and is positioned so as not to interfere with the overall look of the stationery.
Requests for removal of copyright credits from stationery items will incur a fee at the discretion of Alannah Rose, payable prior to stationery being printed.
Pricing
We are an Australian owned and operated business. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) plus GST and are subject to change and availability. GST will be added and included in your total at checkout. Sizes and designs may change over time. Alannah Rose reserves the right to update their pricing at any time without notice. Please note GST is an Australian tax and is not appicable to international orders. The gst will be removed from international orders once you enter in your country destination.
Payment & Ordering
As each job is printed on a to-order basis, full payment is
required before work can commence on your job.
The easiest and most efficient way to order is via our secure online shopping cart. It’s user-friendly, and because it uses 128-bit encryption, you can be assured that your personal details are treated with the utmost security and privacy.
Secure Credit Card Payment
At Alannah Rose, we use Eway - a secure payment gateway which allows us to accept credit card payment by Bankcard, Mastercard or Visa.
Bank Deposit, Cheque & Money Order
We are also more than happy to accept bank deposit, cheque or money order. Using these methods will require payment to be cleared before work will commence on your order.

Please ensure you make a note of your name in the description section. An email once you have deposited your funds would also be appreciated.
In the instance of additional alteration charges being incurred, your order will be held from delivery until payment of these has been made.
Sample Proof
A PDF proof will be emailed to you for approval before printing. Once you have checked and approved your proof, please email your approval in writing to Suzi Waters suzi@alannahrose.com.au
Once your approval has been received, your job will be sent to print and posted out to you.
Please allow at least 14 days from
approval of your proof to delivery. (A timing estimate will be
sent to you upon approval).
For custom colour and design work we will send out a hard copy proof prior to print on request. As per our Printing/Colour policy below, there may be a slight variance in colour to the proof and your final print run.
Proofreading
The PDF proof is sent to you to check the content. Please be
aware that due to variations in monitors the colours and images may vary
slightly on screen to that of the finished product.
Client errors that are signed off through the proofing process are to be
reprinted at the clients expense. It is the client's responsibility
to check all copy is correct. Ensure that all text supplied
is as final as possible, we allow for one set of text amendments
at proof stage.
Guest Lists
If you have selected the personalisation option please supply us with your guest list as a word file or excel file with all names typed exactly as you would like them to be spelt and written. eg. Mr & Mrs Smith, Leanne and Leslie Smith, Leanne & Leslie. And for place cards one name per line or cell, eg Leanne, Leslie etc etc.
It is important that you ensure all spelling, punctuation and spacing is correct on your guest list as our printer uses an automated system and your list will be printed exactly as supplied. Any errors supplied by clients on their lists will be reprinted at the cleints expense.
Alterations
Our standard pricing includes the placement of your
wording/images into your chosen theme/layout, plus one set
of text amendments at pdf proof stage. Additional amendments
will be charged at an hourly rate.
Alterations to your order may be made until the final PDF proof
is approved. Once approved, no alterations may be undertaken.
Signed approval back to us will confirm the completion of your order.
Printing/Colour
As all stationery is printed digitally it is possible that subtle
colour variations can occur between each piece. This is not
a fault of the design but a natural effect of the printing process. There can also be a colour variation between stock types because of the way the ink sits on the satin stock (which is smoth) compared to the shimmer stock (which is textured). Therefore designs printed on shimmer can have a variation in colour and look compared to those printed on satin deluxe.
Stationery can not be refunded or returned because of normal
printing effects. We take pride in the quality of our work and
assure you that all of our stationery is printed to the highest
professional standards.
Samples
We take great pride in the quality of our work. If you are unsure of the quality of our finished product we highly recommend the purchase of a sample pack prior to ordering. Sample packs are redeemable on your final order should you wish to proceed, you will be supplied a redemption code with your sample pack to enter at checkout. As above, it is possible for a variation in colour to occur between your sample pack products and your finished order. Samples printed on shimmer will also vary in colour to those printed on satin. As each order is printed individually we can not guarantee exact colour matches to samples or swatches supplied. Please note sample packs purchased through our resellers are only redeemable through the reseller you purchased the sample pack from.
Writing on Stationery
Our stationery is not designed to be put through another printer to
type the names of your guests. If this is the outcome you would like
please choose the personalisation option on your order.
If you are writing on the invitations it is advisable to test the pen you are
planning to use first to avoid smudging and double printing.
We recommend that you allow at least 5 -15 spare invitations
in your order quantity to allow for calligrapher errors.
Envelopes
Envelopes are included with all invitations, thank you cards, keepsake cards and Christmas cards. They are a white shimmery envelope.
In the instance that our suppliers are out of stock of White Shimmer, we will discuss another alternative with you.
We are unable to offer the service of printing on envelopes at this time.
Postage & Packing
Postage is $20 plus GST for all deliveries within Australia.
Each order will be delivered either by Australia Post or Courier
and will require a signature. We are not liable for any damage
whatsoever caused by third parties as we take great care in
packaging your order to reach you intact.
International Orders
We are now shipping to the UK, USA and New Zealand.
Shipping costs to these destinations will be added in after you have filled in your delivery address at checkout. Shipping price at checkout is for ECI or Express post international and is for one delivery only. If your order requires more than one shipment (eg in the instance of personalised place cards required at a later date) - we will contact you with the additional charge prior to order commencement.
Please note, you will be responsible for any applicable duties and taxes in your own country on arrival of the parcel. Please check with your country authorities if any of these apply to you prior to order.
We are also more than happy to ship to other international destinations. Please contact us prior to ordering to see if we can deliver to your area and for a shipping quote- some locations do have restrictions so we can't guarantee delivery to all areas.
All pricess on our site are in Australian dollars.
Quantity
A minimum order of 50 items per stationery piece is required. It is advisable to allow between 5 -15 spares in your order as subsequent orders will incur the minimum quantity of 50 charge.
Deadlines/Delivery Times
Please allow between 3-6 weeks from start to finish of
your order. It is important that you book your order in prior to
payment to ensure that we are able to meet your deadline. Please allow extra time for international orders.
Urgent orders may require an additional loading fee depending
on scheduling and client request. We will advise if this is applicable to you.
Alannah Rose reserves the right to turn away orders where
deadlines cannot be met.
During the year we will be closed during certain periods. We will give as much notice as possible on our site as to these closure dates. Orders placed prior to and during closure dates are subject to delays, if you have any concerns re the timing of your order please contact us via phone on 0417 572 528 prior to ordering. Orders placed during closure dates will be attended to in order of receipt on our return. If we cannot meet your deadline we will advise before we commence work on your job.
Delivery times quoted on our site are approxiamate and depend on the speed in which you supply information to us and approve your proofs.
Images
Images can be supplied either via email, on disk or as a
hard copy photograph. Alannah Rose will not be liable for
photographs or disks lost in the mail. If you think your images
may be lost please keep a copy for yourself. We will return
posted images with your order. Please ensure digital images have
been taken at the highest mega pixel setting and size on your camera.
Alannah Rose will examine your images upon receipt and advise to the best of our ability if they are suitable enough quality to print from. Alannah Rose reserves the right to refuse to use images
that are not of suitable quality or offensive in nature.
Please be aware that printed images may differ in colour, darkness/lightness and quality to that of your printed photographs and to that of how they appear on screen. This is due to the different printing process and technique
that is used.
Alannah Rose will not be responsible for variations in colour/quality due to normal
printing processes, or for flaws in the image that you have supplied us.
Ownership of photography
By supplying images to Alannah Rose for use in stationery, you certify that;
- You are the parent or guardian of the baby or child, or have obtained the consent of the parent or guardian to use the photos provided.
- You have the rights to use any information and / or pictures supplied by yourself. Professional images that are provided to you by a professional photographer may be protected by copyright laws and cannot be reproduced without permission from the photographer.
By supplying images to Alannah Rose you agree to hold harmless
and to indemnify Alannah Rose and its agents, for all liability,
damages, and expenses it may incur as a result of processing
and printing copywritten photographs and reproductions,
including any other person claiming an interest in the photos.
Alannah Rose reserves the right to refuse to use images and cancel
your order if we suspect the images may infringe on someone
else’s copyright.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers available upon request. Please contact us if you would like to purchase a gift voucher.
Cancellations and Refunds
Please choose carefully. Due to the nature of our work and time
involved in creating our stationery, we cannot refund payment
once the design process and printing has begun simply because
you have changed your mind.
Privacy
At Alannah Rose, we respect your privacy and promise not to disclose, exchange or sell your personal details to any third party. Your personal information will remain secure and confidential and will only be used to process your order or to inform you of special offers.
Sample Use/Display Permission
From time to time we are asked to submit samples of our work to potential clients, magazines and media and to exhibit at trade expos and events. We will not use samples of your stationery for this purpose without your permission. You will be asked if you give consent for sample use on your order form.
Newsletter
Our newsletter is sent out to subscribers to keep them updated of news and special offers. You will be automatically subscribed to this newsletter if you make a purchase or enquiry to Alannah Rose. You are welcome to unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the unsubscribe feature at the bottom of the newsletter.
