Why is the minimum order 30?

As all of our print to order designer wedding invitations and stationery are printed professionally on a digital press. This is the most economical quantity to print. Basically it would cost the same to print 10 as it would to print 30. Please note we have a minimum order of 40 on favour tags and place cards.

How are your wedding invitations different from others I have seen?

  • Our wedding invitations come in a range of sizes so you can choose which suits your budget! Our double sided, single sided and folding Wedding invitations are an impressive 140x140mm square and fit into a 150mm square envelope. We also have A6 size invitations which are 148.5 x 105mm and fit into a C6 envelope. Envelopes are supplied with all invitations.
  • We print double sided - this means we print to both sides of the card, giving maximum impact to your guests when they open the envelope! For those on a budget, we also now have a single sided option for your wedding invitations.
  • We are flexible - we can change the colours, change the size, change the fonts, we are here to please. On a budget? Chat to us about discounts or ways to fit within it.
  • We print commercially - this means your invitations are printed on the highest quality commercial digital press - no home printers here!
  • We quality check every single piece - every piece of stationery is checked for imperfections before being packed and sent to you, you deserve nothing short of the best for your big day.
  • We pack to perfection - our customers rave about our packaging, who doesn't like a gift in the mail?
  • Still unsure? - order a sample pack, the cost is redeemable when you come back to place your order.

How much time should I allow for delivery of my wedding invitations?

As much as possible, ideally 3-6 weeks. For details on our current timing please refer to the delivery box on the right of the screen.

Should I order extra invitations for spares?

Definitely. We advise ordering at least 5 – 10 additional invitations or cards to allow for errors by your calligrapher or any last minute guests! Any additional print order requests will incur a further minimum quantity charge, so we recommend ordering the extras in your first batch.

Can you print my guests names on my invitations and place cards?

Yes. There is an additional $110 charge for guest names to be printed on invitations, and an additional $110 charge for guest names on place cards.

You should supply us with a word file or excel file with all names typed exactly as you would like them to be spelt and written. eg. Mr & Mrs Smith, Leanne and Leslie Smith, Leanne & Leslie. And for place cards one name per line or cell, eg Leanne, Leslie etc etc. If you aren’t sure call us first! To download an example of this excel file, please  click here

Can you print my guests names on the envelopes?

Yes! We are excited to announce that we can now print your guest names and address directly onto your envelopes. If you choose this option the envelopes will be a smooth white envelope with a peel back. We use black ink and match the fonts to your chosen invitation design. Your return address is printed in the front top left corner of the envelope.
Cost to print on the envelopes is $110 or to print the guest names on the envelopes AND invitations is $220.00.

How long will it take to get my invitations/thank you cards?

Approx two weeks after approval of your proofs you will receive your stationery. For details on current timing please refer to the delivery box on the right.

Can you deliver Internationally?

Yes. We are now shipping to the UK, USA, New Zealand and Ireland.

For international deliveries we use Express Post and Express Courier international. These are fully trackable and fast and require a signature upon delivery.
You will be responsible for any duties/taxes applicable in your own country upon arrival of the parcel, so please check if these apply to you prior to order.

Shipping costs to these destinations will be added in after you have filled in your delivery address at checkout. (and GST will be removed) Shipping price at checkout is for ECI or Express post international and is for one delivery only. If your order requires more than one shipment (eg in the instance of personalised place cards required at a later date) - we will contact you with the additional charge prior to order commencement.

We are also more than happy to ship to other international destinations. Please contact us prior to ordering to see if we can deliver to your area and for a shipping quote- some locations do have restrictions so we can’t guarantee delivery to all areas.

I like one of your designs but am having different flowers, can you do the same design with a different image?

No. Unfortunately we are not taking custom design orders at present.

Can I have one of your designs but in a different colour?

Yes. We have over 100 colours to select from. Each product will have a colour option and additional pricing for you to select from.

Are envelopes included in your prices?

Yes. Envelopes are included with all invitations, thank you cards and keepsake cards. They are a premium quality peel and seal white envelope. White Shimmer envelopes are supplied with white shimmer card stock (except if envelope printing is selected, smooth white will be supplied instead of shimmer). Smooth white envelopes are supplied with all other stock types. We do not carry any other colour envelopes.

Are your designs professionally printed?

Yes. All of our designs are printed on a commercial digital press. They are not produced on a home printer or colour photocopier. This is why it takes a little longer to print your order.

What is the difference between Satin Deluxe, Shimmer and Textured?

Satin Deluxe is a high quality white card stock, and feels very smooth to touch.

Shimmer is a high quality card stock with a subtle shimmer or sparkle to it when you move it in the light, it feels slightly textured to touch.

Textured is a quality white designer card stock with a subtle embossed texture exemplifying elegance and sophistication. 

Please note whilst all of our card stock is white we can print any colour from our chart onto it. All of our designs are printed as per the colour samples on screen, so white is also a custom colour in some instances as we would need to adjust the design to have a white background. (ie Love Potion comes with a standard soft pink background - if you would like the background to be the white of the paper stock, please select the custom colour option) White envelopes are supplied regardless of print colour choice.

Do you send out samples?

Yes we can send out a sample pack. There is a small charge for this which is redeemable should you place an order. Please see our samples section for pricing and details.

Do you have a showroom I can visit?

Our online boutique is our showroom! All of our current wedding invitation and stationery designs are displayed in our collections at www.alannahrose.com.au. If you would like to see the quality of our invitations stationery please order a sample pack from our sample section.

Can I submit images of my wedding, party or celebration for your gallery and blog?

Yes, we'd love you too!  If you have photos from your special day to share, we’d be delighted to see them. When supplying your images please ensure they are at least 700px wide. We love details, so be sure to include shots of the special touches used on the day like flowers, cake, decor and of course the stationery! Due to the volume of images received we cannot guarantee publication of all submissions. 

Do you have pocket invitations?

Invitation pockets are a type of envelope. If you are after this type of look we suggest buying your pockets from a bulk supplier and then semi diy with us printing your inner invitation and inserts. Our single sided square invitation is perfect to glue/stick in your pocket envelope and we can resize rsvp cards etc to fit your pocket size also.
